There is some things that you can do such as exercising in improving your mood. thirty minutes everyday do your exercise, it will make your body health. It can also improve your self esteem so that you can have medical conditions. This exercise will make you get & manage your high blood pressures. You will get your cholesterol to be managed well. It can also help any kinds of dieses such as diabetes osteoporosis & cancer.

Method exercise also helps you to manage your weigh. Some exercises can burn your calories. There is plenty of calories that you can burn & keep your weight well.
