American Hearts Association states that low fat to moderate fat diet is best to take. Since fat is necessary also for your body, it will be nice if you replace the fatty foods you have with saturated fat such as the fat that avocado surely has.
Avocado is good for maintaining healthy lifestyle and weight loss program. Consume this fruit won’t make you gain any weight. If so far you avoid any fatty food, it’s good if you consider avocado as one in your diet menu.
